  how can i add a favicon to my URL? i don’t have the button “editor” and “plugin” and i wanna change my favicon of my URL.

  From your dashboard scroll down into general settings. Your “blog picture / icon” is your favicon. Around wordpress.com it may also be called “blavatar” (short for “blog avatar”) in case you ever come across it.
