  Hi there!

  In order to add your favicon…or Blavatar, as we like to call it…you can follow these instructions:
  en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/

  Grab buttons cannot be added to WordPress.com sites since they require third-party code. However, you can create your own button by making a widget:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/create-your-own-widget/

  It would work in a slightly different manner than a grab button, but could serve the same purpose.
