Suggestion: allow to UPLOAD .ico because .ico format include 16px 32px 48px and etc and better look in favicon

First off at 16 x 16 there are so few pixels, you aren’t going to get any real detail. Secondly, when you upload your blog picture (avatar) wordpress creates the 16, 32, 48 and 96 px sizes.
The first thing you always do when creating and uploading a favicon (blavatar) anywhere, is you resize it to 16 x 16 to see how it is going to look. You can’t tell how a 16 x 16 is going to look by only creating and looking at a 128 x 128.

But, if i upload a .png with 16×16 px in WordPress of list blogs the favicon is pixelate…
.ico is better solution to fix this.

It is what it is here. You can always get a self-hosted blog and then you can go favicon.ico happy.
