Favicon is not crisp

  Hello there, I need some help with my favicon. I did everything they way it should be done and it worked well enough. Unfortunately however the favicon does not look crisp. The file I uploaded was large enough and the same size (displayed on my menu) looks great. But within Safari it doesn’t. Funny enough the original WordPress favicon is very crisp.

  Can you provide me a screenshot of what you see? I’m looking at it on Google Chrome and Safari with my Macbook Pro Retina display and it looks pretty crisp to me. I have provided you a screenshot:

  Hello Grace

  Well, I have also a Mac Book Pro with Retina display and it looks the same…. and that is why I define it as not crisp.

  Can you tell me how to share a picture with you? This way I can show you what I mean.

  Hi Andrea,

  Your image is 256 px by 256 px. If you want it clearer, try uploading the recommended size: 128px x 128px.
