Favicon Problem

I’m having issues with my favicon. I noticed that it wasn’t appearing when I’m on my site, but it shows up when I’m in my dashboard, however once I go to my actual site it goes away and the Genesis “G” comes up. I uploaded a new favicon two weeks ago, and the problem persists.
If I could get help with this I would appreciate it.

Your gravatar is displaying here on the post you clicked the like button on http://accordingtojan.com/2014/01/07/having-a-bad-day-let-go/ Aside from that it will display on comments if you set the blog up for that display > Settings > Discussion
To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”.

Please don’t get snippy with Volunteers when they tell you something important like auxclass did because you need to listen or you will find yourself without a blog. We report all ToS violations. There is NO blogger initiated advertising allowed on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs and once they are suspended you cannot get the blog URL or content back. If you have any advertising you personally initiated get rid of it now. -
What does WordAds have to do with the issue at hand?
Nothing – but I thought you might not want to have your blog suspended, sorry, next time I will just skip the warning and flag it for the TOS group to suspend your site

If my question came across as “snippy,” I apologize. By no means am I trying to undermine the help from volunteers, I was just confused by his comment and how it related to my issue. I do have WordAds, and to my knowledge all the ads that appear are from WordAds. I display no ads of my own. However, like I said “to my knowledge,” is something I need to fix that I haven’t noticed?Thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate it.

Auxclass, I apologize. I meant no offense. I was just confused, but I appreciate the tip. To my knowledge I am not aware of any violations on my site, all adds displayed are from WordAds, is there something out of place that I haven’t noticed that could be subject to a violation?
Appreciate the warning, I’m looking into it.
