Favicon Question

Hi there,
I’ve updated my Favicon and it shows on my chrome web browser and It also shows on my dashboard.
However, it doesn’t show when I share my blog on social media with the link and it doesn’t show on a phone browser either.It worked first of all and then I changed it and now it doesn’t work.

Hi there, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I see a site here that has a featured image set, and that’s what should appear when sharing the website. But if you’ll confirm the site, we can double check.

Yes my site is: https://penntopaperkatiepenn.wordpress.com/
So it doesn’t appear when I copy and paste my site to send to someone via message or WhatsApp. And it doesn’t appear when pasting it into Twitter or Facebook. “www” or a grey world image appears instead.

Thanks for the site link. I don’t see any missing favicon, or favicon at all, actually. Looking at the theme demo I’m not quite sure that I’m looking at the right thing. Could you please take a screen shot of when you’re seeing they gray globe? Add that to the site’s media library where we can see it for further inspection.
