Favorite Icon???

  How do I add a favorite icon to my site? I am very new to this and can not seem to figure it out. I already have the image as a .ico file on my computer but I don’t know what to do with it.

  An icon is an image. You can upload image files in two ways: by going to Media → Add New from your dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/ or by clicking the new Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/
