  PROTECTING HER PRIDE

  At times i wonder
  with shallow brain i think
  with collow mind i conclude
  “it naboth’s vineyard”
  heaven bless the earth cause i never know my mouth wet
  The land is green on a dark earth
  I gazed gazed and gazed.
  Indeed is a promise land.

  In humble adoration i bow before your throne.
  As i come before thy presence,so i lift my voice in praise
  Gui…..de our leaders right
  Help our youths to know the truth.

  Fools with stunted growth spit you
  those with shallow mind despise you.
  Said they”it shall not be well”

  No matter where you go,
  no matter what you say or do,there will b no place like home.
