feature a photo in more than one page/post/gallery/slideshow?

  Hello!

  I am trying to create galleries and slideshows on different pages of my blog. I have photos uploaded to my Media Library, but are all currently “attached to” a post or page already. Is it possible to take a photo that’s already “attached” to a post or page and “attach” it to a second post so that it can be featured in more than one gallery? Or will I have to upload the photo again? Can someone provide instructions on how to do so?

  If you are willing to venture into the HTML Editor, you can create additional Galleries using the photos in your Media Library by using either the Post ID# to display the entire Gallery as it originally appears in a Post or Page, or by using the Image ID# and the “include” parameter.

  Another option is to upload again the same images to a new Post or Page.

  Sorry for the hiccup! :)

  That works for a Gallery, but for a WordPress.com slideshow, AFAIK you would have to upload the images again.
