Feature a Post, that stays at the top of the blog?

  Hi,
  I’m trying to set up a blog that showcases some of my design projects. I would like to have a “Welcome to my blog” post that always appears at the top of the chain. Since it is the first thing I did when creating the blog it currently appears last in the chain.

  Any ideas on how I can make it the resident first view?
