Feature content cloud

  Why is my feature content appearing in a scream and not in the content cloud? I changed all the things I was supposed to or so I thought, but it’s not switching back to the cloud format.

  Hi there – I see you have two sites on your account. Could you let me know which site you are needing help with?

  And could you give me a little more detail around the content stream and the content cloud? I’m not completely sure I understand. I look forward to hearing back from you. :)

  It’s candacephinnergardt.wordpress.com. Featured content is supposed to appear in a cloud of sorts with the theme I have as long as the desired featured content is marked as such. I changed the category that I wanted to appear in that area.

  Featured content works based on a tag, not a category.

  In the Customizer, you currently have that tag set as Featured, but you don’t have that added as a tag to any of your posts. You do have it assigned as a category, but that won’t work.

  Edit those posts, and add this as a tag instead, and the posts will appear in the featured content area.
