Feature Image changes when hovering over menu

  I am trying to create a page with a feature image that changes when the user moves their mouse over each menu button. I am not trying to add images to the menu itself, but instead have the feature image change each time a menu button is hovered over. Is this possible?

  I don’t think so, no. Featured images exist on individual posts and pages and are not connected to menu links.
