Feature image not uploading

  I am unable to load images into the media gallery. When I do, text appears in red on the side saying: ‘The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2017/10’.

  I’ve tried loading images to a new post, loading a different image, and my colleagues are experiencing the same issue from their login accounts.

  Please help!

  Hi @tenderh00ks,

  Is kateprendo.wordpress.com the site you are asking for and this is where the issue happened?

  Or did it happen on another site and particularly, is it a WordPress.com site? You can send the site URL here if you’re not sure.

  Also, can you please send some screenshots of what happened when you try to upload the images and in where does the error take place?

  It was a different one entirely! Thanks for your prompt reply, but we’ve just worked out the solution – apparently we had run out of capacity on our website.
