You need to set the image as a featured image as well as insert it in the post the normal way.

I saw your blog. Those images are not featured images. You can find the “featured image” option in bottom half of your post-editor. Either use this option Or when editing the post, try uploading image and click on ‘set as featured image’ link and then update the post.

Unfortunately due to browser error, the links have a space after each ‘http://’. The urls are http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-featured-image Please edit the links.

Im not using the feature images option right now beacuse of this problem i have with the thumbnails in the mystique theme. I know how to set the thumb, i want to make a teaser of my post and use the More Tag and when people click ReadMore then they could see the full image at the beggining of the post. When i insert that full image manually it appears on the teaser too.

Then you should change the post-formats from Standard to Gallery. Note that –to show a thumbnail on main page, you’ll need to manually setup one of the inserted images as featured image. This should work.

You can insert the large-size image after the more tag, or you can switch to a theme that displays excerpts on the main page, or you can switch to a theme that displays featured images when you view the single post as well.
