Feature Image won't show up on home page. HELP!

  Hey guys, i run a music blog in Australia and at the moment im having trouble with my feature image that comes up on my home screen.

  I am using the theme structure. I insert an image into a new post, then select “Featured image” then save. I have it selected to Most recent post in the theme options for the Featured image but at the moment nothing shows up but a light grey background.
