Feature request: display tags in a non-cloud list

  A straight list would be leaner and cleaner (code) and also nicer to look at. The widget already exists for categories; why not also for tags? Please???

  I don’t know why they don’t do that. On some themes, the tag widget doesn’t work very well, with words overlapping and a straight list would be very helpful. Also, the tag widget only shows a certain number of tags (45 I think it is).

  True. And you could just as easily show the relative “strength” of each tag by listing the number of posts per tag, just as some archives list the number of posts per month.
