The site linked to your username is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. See here http://wordpress.ORG/support/ and if you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

Huh, I went to the jetpack site and this is where it led me to post a support question, so ya know this is where I posted it.
