Feature request – Reintroduce comment prompt

  Please reintroduce comment prompt feature under settings -> discussion. This feature got phased out but my old comment promt message is now stuck, I am not able to edit it or remove it. This is something like removing the door of a room which has a person in it.

  I had recently transferred ownership of my website to new account and new acconts don’t have this feature. So I recovered my old account. Sent an invite to be the admin. The comment prompt is visible again when using my old account. So made the neccessary changes. This feature has been phased out in new accounts only. Issue is resolved.
