"Featured"

  One of our posts two weeks ago got designated “featured”. We think it’s good, but we have no idea who did that or what it means. And there are four writers on this blog, and this particular post has remained as the top post on the home page ever since then–which has detracted from the following posts. Can someone please tell us what all this means, and if we can remove the “featured” button, or at least move that post from the top position? Thanks!
