So I take it we still don’t know the criteria that leads to the selection of featured blogs.

It’s got to be number of posts. How else would they determine it? I just checked the featured blog for ‘design’ (it being about the only tag I use regularly which is widely used by others) and the guy had eight posts filed under ‘design’ posted today.
However, I can’t tell whether it’s the person with the largest overall number of related posts on their blog, or whoever’s written the most posts with that tag recently. I think the latter would be fairer on newbies :)

But if nosy is right, she doesn’t use tags at all and has still been featured blog on the tag pages. How could that be?

Is different today than it was yesterday or will be tomorrow a good answer?

Tag pages? I was a top blog and had top posts on the lists that everyone sees on their dashboard. I thought that’s what people were talking about. Is it? I’ll leave now. lol
