    Hi,

    The “Featured Content and Featured Images” section of the Canard theme guide begins with this description:

    When your front page is set to show your latest posts, you can prominently display up to five posts in a crisp grid. Use it to make sure your best articles get noticed.

    which is followed by a set of instructions on how to set up the featured content section.

    The featured content section of the Canard demo is a grid consisting of five featured images with titles over them that each link to a single post, and so is yours. What were you expecting the featured content section to look like? Did you want a featured content slider?
