Featured Content missing in my Ixion Theme

  Navigate to Customize → Featured Content it says in the manual of the Ixion Theme, but there is no Featured Content tab in the Customize menu.
  It’s for a website that i am making for a non profit organisation.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, you’ll need Jetpack for that to work. If you haven’t already tried that, can you ensure it’s connected and working properly?
