Featured Header Image on Category Tab

Hello, I created a tab for a category and would like to have this category page’s header match the parent page’s header image and not the featured image for my site.
Here are the links to what I am talking about:

When I go to the ‘Edit Category’ page, there is no option to upload an image.

That’s correct. There is no option designed into the theme to create a different header image on dynamic category pages. https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
They are automatically created by the software not by us bloggers.
