Featured header images not displaying on mobile phone

  Featured header images not displaying on responsive layout on mobile phone. My theme is Twenty Eleven, which supports featured header images and responsive/flexible layout. It seems to work fine on a regular PC but only shows the main header image on the mobile phone.
