  I am using the Modularity Lite theme. I am having a very difficult time setting my featured image. Please help.

  I followed the steps and I still can’t get the featured image to come up.

  The blog linked to your username does not use Modularity Lite (it uses The Morning After). Did you change themes or are you talking about a different blog?

  And are you sure you mean featured image? Or is it header image?
