Featured image

for some reason my featured image (which I use on every post) does not show up on the emails sent out to my followers. How can I make sure the image is on every email? I am using Watson theme.
Also, being a newbie somehow I set up my blog as http://www.organised-chaos.net … but have it redirected to the wordpress organised-chaos link. I can I change it back so its always just the .net address?
Finally, on my dashboard, its says “upgrade to premium” but I am of the understanding my I had done that already. Am I not using it?
thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no way you can include featured image in the email notification. If the image is important enough to be included in the email then embed it in the post rather than adding it as a featured image.
You can make your .net address as a Primary Domain. Please check the Setting the Primary Domain section of the Domains support document.
Have you purchased the Premium bundle or just the custom domain. Please check what is bundled in the Premium plan here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/

If the pic is embedded into the post will it still show on my featured slider?
Is there a link for learning how to do this?
I will look into the other things thanks.
thank you

It will not appear on featured slider, because embedded image is not same as featured image.

ok.
So my most important picture of each post, is my featured image, which is in the slider for a couple of days before being part of my blog (at which point I just need it to be visible on the blogs main page). Its so important and sometimes my only image, so I need it to show up in my email and my post when I click on it.
What other options do I have so enable this to happen?
Appreciate your help.

Unfortunately it is impossible to include the featured image in the email sent to your subscribers :-(
