Featured image appearing below title

  Yesterday, i saw a introductory video to adding featured images in a page in which the featured image, after addition in the site page, appeared just below the menu bar. But in my case, the featured image appeared below the page title ( About ). In simple words, it was just like the images added through the add image options button. I don’t think it is supposed to be like that. Any help would be much appreciated.

  How a featured image is displayed is actually up to the theme itself.

  In your case, it makes sure the image appears at https://itstheliar.wordpress.com/
