featured image auto over sizes

    i am new to wordpress, my web:geekfinders.in
    the issue is with featured image on my page templet, every time i upload a new featured image it automatically oversize (only a small portion of image fits the area) no matter what are the dimensions are .
    ex:http://www.geekfinders.in/contact-us/

    and by default my theme is responsive

    please any one help me out of this ….
