Featured Image Cropped

  Hi there: my posts’ featured images are not displaying correctly. They are all square images but they are being cropped into a very thin rectangle. I cannot figure out how to make them squares again. This only happened recently, previously they were squares.

  Hi there!

  I made some changes to your site’s “single” template to remove the fixed height for the featured image. Can you check and see if they’re displaying like you want now? If not, let us know and we can show you where to make further adjustments to that.

  Hi:

  Thank you!! I believe that helped! However, now I noticed that on my “Posts” page, the images are being cropped there, too. Do you have any thoughts on how I could fix that?

  Hi! That setting is coming from your posts block:
  https://donthitmeimgay.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=139&action=edit

  Click on that, and you’ll see some settings for featured images. You want “uncropped”, which is the last setting of the last section on the right:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/#block-toolbar
