Featured Image CSS Customization
-
Hello, i am currently using the forever theme and i would like to know if there’s a snippet for the following.
On the featured images would it be possible to add a small banner on the bottom right corner of the featured images having the category it belongs for that particular post? as you can see on the home page there’s 3 posts that have the featured image with the first 2 being the “Noticias” category and the last one at the bottom with “Los Trazos del Publicista” category.
if you take a look at the bottom left side of the footer, there’s a cartoon and that cartoon has a small banner on the bottom right side of the pic, i would want something identical for the featured images. Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Positioning the text box is really tricky as the position of elements on the page can vary depending on things like the excerpt text and title length. Here is the best I’ve been able to come up with, try it out and see what you think:
.home .entry-meta .cat-links { visibility:hidden; } .home footer.entry-meta .tag-links:before { content:""; } .home .entry-meta .cat-links a { visibility:visible; display:block; background:rgba(25,25,25,0.7); padding:0 5px; border:none; position:absolute; bottom:60px; color:#fff }
