Featured Image disappears in Goran

  For my website <http://writeonpointnc.wordpress.com/&gt; I’m using the Goran theme and have set featured images on three separate pages. I have also activated all three “featured page areas” on the home page template. The featured images I used were simple iconic images that I intended to have show up statically in the featured page area on the home page.

  Problematically, as soon as I added content to my featured pages, the featured image disappeared from them. This was true for my “Posts” page. The image wasn’t pushed down; it disappeared. Moreover, the post content appeared in the featured page area on the home page, in lieu of the image that I intended.

  So I have two questions: One, where did my featured image go and why? Two: How can I make sure the featured image from each page is shown on the featured page area, regardless of the content I post on those pages?

  Please let me know what other information I can provide. I’ve scoured and I can’t find the answer to this. Please accept my apologies if I’ve missed it and redirect my attention there.
