Featured Image for Post not showing up in Edin

If you see my website, you can see that Masjid al wali has a featured image set but its not showing up in home page.
Also how can I add more punch to the website to make it look more alive and interactive and busier.

Featured images will not display unless they are the exact dimensions required by the theme and in the accepted image file types.
Set a Featured Image. http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/ It will appear as the large header image on the front page. The image will be cropped for small screens to fit the available space, which means not all of the header image will be visible on all screen sizes, so decorative background images may work best. We recommend using an image 1230 pixels wide by 1230 pixels high.

Featured images don’t actually require exact dimensions – although that can sometimes help you get better results. There are some themes that will only display a Featured Image in some places if the image at least as large as the recommendations – but in those (rare) cases, it’s a minimum, not an exact requirement :)
@onsali20 – your image appears to be missing because you’ve set the Post Status on that post to Gallery – the theme doesn’t display images on Gallery posts, so if you set that to Standard, you should see the image appear :)
