Featured image for testimonial page

  I am unable to add an avatar to my individual testimonials even after following instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/

  Can you help me understand why I’m unable to see the featured post?

  Also, how do I update the header image on the testimonial page? https://emilymayconsulting.com/testimonial/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Do the images not display on the testimonials, or are you not able to add featured images to the testimonials at all?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so if it’s the latter, we can’t help, as we have no control over how the editor and adding featured images on your site works. In that case, please ask for help troubleshooting this in the forums for the open source WordPress software you’re using: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If they’re uploaded correctly, but just not displaying, it’s likely an issue with the Content Options added by the Jetpack plugin. Go to the Customizer ->Content Options, and in the Featured Images section, make sure the option to Display on blog and archives is selected.
