Featured image help

  Hello!
  Right now on my blog, the first image on my post is also my featured image. I was wondering if it was possible for me to remove the first image on my post and only have the featured image? How can I even find the featured image settings? What if at some point I want to remove them? How would I do that? The theme I’m using is Dara, if that makes a difference.

  Yes, at https://bookdragonparadise.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php under the Content Options section, uncheck “Automatically use first image in post” and save.

  You can also add a featured image so you’ll have some control over what shows up on Facebook and Twitter, but opt not to display it on your post.

  The Content Options has a check for that, too.
