Featured image in Oxygen

  HI

  Is there a way of NOT having a featured image for every post in the Oxygen Template please? If I simply don’t select one, I get a blank grey square.

  If you do not set a featured image that gray square appears and to eliminate it requires purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and CSS editing.
