Featured Image in Post Link to Custom URL Within Same Site

    I’ve created a post that has featured image, and I can see a preview of the post with the featured image on a categories page. When you click on the featured image from the categories page, you are taken to the post itself that the featured image is a part of. Is there any way to customize what link you go to when you click on the featured image preview from a post on a category page? In my case, I want clicking on the featured image of the post to result in navigation to a specific page (not post) on my wordpress site.

    You can’t make featured images to link where you might want. To do that, you need regularly inserted images.
