Featured image in post page

  I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the featured image of a post on the post’s page. Currently it only displays on the main page.

  The way your theme is designed to display featured images as described here https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fictive/ is coded into the underlying template and cannot be changed.

  Featured Images are displayed above the post content on the blog index and archive pages at 634 pixels wide. Image-formatted posts display the featured image on single post view as well.
