Featured Image is Infuriating me

  I am using theme: http://themeforest.net/item/flex-for-wordpress-a-portfolio-blog-theme/full_screen_preview/93825

  When I upload an image to WP and select the image as a featured image. All of the thumbnails are resizing to what you see on my page.
  (See post labled “Allison”)

  However: It did post the correct size once with the one labled “Social Media”

  I am going mildly insane, as I have tried cropping/resizing/thumbnail/everythingIcanThinkof

  Any help would be great.
