Featured Image Issues with "Structure" Layout

    Hello!

Hope you guys had a nice break. I am currently using the “Structure” theme but am having problems with my “featured image”. For the past three or four posts, they refuse to show up! I always download the images to my comp before uploading to make sure the links don’t disappear so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Help! My posts and blog do not look good at all without the featured images!

We recently fixed a bug with image resizing on WordPress.com which was allowing images to stretch into larger sizes when they should not stretch. What was happening before is that you were relying on this bug, and now that the bug has been fixed you need to upload images that meet the minimum size requirement for the featured image area that you are using in order for it to work properly.

In the Structure theme, an image must be at least 620 x 380 pixels in order for it to work as the front page featured post image. Featured images need to be at least 640 x 392 pixels to be used as a featured image on single posts. And featured images need to be at least 440 x 240 pixels to have it show up in the posts list at the bottom of the home page where posts are listed.

Can you confirm that you are uploading large enough images that meet the size requirements?

That was the greatest explanation ever.

I did notice the stretching before, makes sense now that you mention the sizing issue. Pics are working fine now.

    Thanks.
