Featured Image Location in Oxygen Theme

  I am watching a how-to video on YouTube… And following along to design my first blog… I am using the Oxygen Theme…
  I have no way to set a location for my featured images as seen in the video… It is shown in this video at 37.39 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=al8RPerjNjY

  How do I set a location for my featured images on my Home Page?

  Don’t watch such videos: they are for self-hosted sites, not for the wordpress.com version of the theme.
