Featured image looks blurry on social media

I am having trouble with one page in particular on the site I manage: telecounsellingforwomen.com/healing-program. When the page is shared on Facebook or Twitter, the featured photo is either too large or blurry. I have tried uploading higher resolution photos, smaller photos, etc. but nothing seems to work. I am using Yoko, so I am also limited by 1102×350 pixels otherwise the photo becomes a giant header photo. Is there anything I can do to get a clear, appropriately sized photo? Thanks.

    Hi

Not sure why you are seeing it blurry. I pasted the link from the page and it shows up just fine in my facebook post area.

Thank you for checking, can I ask if you were viewing it on a computer or on a device? It seems like the problem is with viewing it on a computer. I just tried using a new image instead, this time with text, and now it’s easier to see how blurry it is. Does anyone have ideas for me to try?
