Featured Image Missing

  When I go to my blog… my new posts are not there unless I click on the box that says featured image missing…how do i correct this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must install a featured image on each post or you will continue to get the display you have now. http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image
