featured image not displaying
-
I set the featured image in my most recent blog post, but only the default featured image shows up on the actual blog:
http://zizaidermatology.wordpress.com/2012/06/05/call-for-infant-eczema-tips/
For this post the featured image should be:
http://zizaidermatology.wordpress.com/2012/06/05/call-for-infant-eczema-tips/infant-eczema/
Blog url: http://zizaidermatology.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Featured images cannot show up in the header area if they are narrower than the regular header image (in your case, 940px).
-
Featured images must be the correct dimensions specified for the theme.
Twenty ElevenTwenty Eleven has a special Showcase template which takes advantage of Featured Images when used on sticky posts:
An image with a minimum height of 300 pixels and a maximum width of 500 pixels will display next to the post.
An image that is at least 1000 x 288 pixels will be displayed instead of the post with a title over the image.

Thanks but in the post editor, the featured image appears as it should. It is only when I go to the actual blog post (that readers see) that the image does not display. I have used undersized images as headers before (they just look a bit blurry when stretched). So I have never encountered this issue before. I cleared my cookies and cache (in case the problem was with my computer only) but this did not resolve the issue.
