Featured image not displaying correctly

  I set my featured image for blog posts to be square, but it doesn’t do it. I’ve saved it several times.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To be clear, the theme I have shows square images for each post, so it makes no sense that it isn’t square.
