Featured image not displaying in Origin theme

  Hi,

  My blog posts have a featured image – which display as thumbnails on the front page. However when I click into each post the featured image is not displayed. Why is this the case and how do I get the specific featured image to show in each blog post?

  The theme I am using is Origin

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For instance in the demo Origin theme I am seeing two posts:

  – one that displays the featured image inside of the blog post https://origindemo.wordpress.com/2011/07/07/cognac-in-paris/

  – and another that does not https://origindemo.wordpress.com/2011/09/20/sed-elit-leo-fringilla/

  Now compare to what is on home – https://origindemo.wordpress.com/

  Hello there,

  The image you can see displayed in the blog post is not a featured image. In order to display it you have to insert the image in the post itself, along with the text.

  Some themes display featured images on single post pages, and some do not. Origin does not. @stefaniamattana’s solution is what was done on the Cognac in Paris post on the demo site.
