  Hi there,

  Could you please make sure Featured Images are enabled for your theme? Here’s how:

  1. Head to http://theverbkeeper.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
  2. Click “Content Options”
  3. Look for the “Featured Images” section
  4. Click the boxes where you want your featured images to appear
  5. Save
