Featured image not showing on facebook share

  Hi, Im having trouble with blank thumbnails when I share a post to facebook. Either using the share button or copying the URL and pasting it to my timeline.
  Originally this was working on other posts but it didnt this morning.
  Im new to WP and did post this post without a FI to start with but even after adding one further shares still provides a blank thumbnail.

  History:
  The initial blog/post was shared and WP chose the wine glass as the FI. Even now that I have set the FI to something else further sharing still uses the wine glass.
  What am i doing wrong?
