Featured image not showing on Facebook shares

  my featured image is not showing when I share a URL on my Facebook page.

  the post i am trying to share is :

  Hi there,
  There are certain requirements for Facebook to display it:

  At least 200×200 pixels in both width and height

  Aspect ratio of width and height no greater than 3; in other words, the width can’t be more than three times more than the height, and vice versa. An image such as the garden image below is too disproportionate for Facebook to use (300 pixels wide by 90 pixels high).
