featured image not showing on mobile – twenty fourteen

  I have created the website in Twenty fourteen theme. It works fine on the desktop, but when viewed on a mobile the featured images do not show. When I preview the mobile view within WordPress it looks fine. I have tried on I-phones and Android and it’s the same.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  It sound like you have the mobile theme enabled and that’s messing up the image for you. If you want your site to look the same on mobile as big-screen:
  1. In the classic view (“WP Admin”) go to “Appearance” -> “Mobile”
  2. Select “No” for enable mobile theme.

  You can also see that there that if you do enable the mobile theme there is an option for “Show featured images on front page and archive pages” You may want to try adjusting that and the other options to see if you like the mobile theme better with some of those options adjusted.
