Featured image not showing up

We are using the Keilir theme running WordPress 4.9.7 for our blog, postcardjar.com. As we are preparing a new post, we added a featured image. While it shows in the editor that the image is uploaded properly, it doesn’t show up when we click on ‘preview’ to check the post before publishing.
All our past posts have used featured images without issue. We tried adding a known-to-work featured image from a previous post to the new one, and it did not appear on the preview screen. We also tried adding a new test post and setting a proven to work featured image, and it doesn’t show up on that new post, either.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
